Hypocrisy And History Are Funny When Together

Another day, another dollar. Well, billions that is. $19,022,100,000,000 or just about  $60,000 per citizen we now owe. For what? Socialism? Tyranny? An outright destruction of the constitution? I wonder if Bernie will make that free for us too? Let's just swipe away the overall debt. Heck! If he can make my college debt go away with a stroke of a pen, why not the overall debt? I thought I would bring that up since everybody seems to be talking about Trump v Pope. I think some important things deserve some thought.

Trump today decided not to choose Israel over Palestine. He said, "let me be sort of a neutral guy,”. How about, no. If we elect you, I don't want you to be wishy-washy on this. Israel is an ally and therefore, we should help and protect them in any way that we can. It's interesting, this 'neutral' statement is coming from the man who jokes about terrorism on 5th avenue. This 'neutral' statement comes from a man who isn't afraid to say "p*ssy". This 'neutral' statement come from the man who is the poster child for everything against political correctness. But, when it comes to is real, he prefers to "be sort of a neutral guy,”! The man who claims there's nothing but talk in DC, has been talking about suing Ted Cruz for well over a month now. Frankly, I don't see a difference between him and the phonies in Washington.

Trump is happy though, he doesn't need to be talking about the issues you and I care about, though. Now it's "TRUMP VERSUS THE POPE!" all over the media. Who cares? The Pope gets on my nerves but if he wants to say things, let him say things. I know many Catholics who don't give a darn either. We are sick and tired of these bogus situations happening all the time. Not a word on the national debt today. It's all: did you hear what the Pope said about Trump? AND about what Trump said about the Pope? Let's move on already and talk about issues. Trump won't stand with Isreal. He keeps saying the Iranian deal was a "horrible deal". How is it horrible? Was it not enough anti-Isreal? That is a serious question. It's a "horrible deal" but what makes it "horrible" in the eyes of Donald Trump? Has he mentioned that? It would be awesome if there was a link.

Now, did you know that Trump was actually in favor for the Iraq war? Oh, yeah. From Buzzfeed: 'In the interview, which took place on Sept. 11, 2002, Stern asked Trump directly if he was for invading Iraq. "Yeah I guess so," Trump responded. "I wish the first time it was done correctly."' Now, if you watch the speeches, if you watch the debates or any tv interview, he always brings up it was a horrible mistake going into Iraq. The last debate had a "YUGE" moment between Trump and Bush on this topic. Jeb stood up for his brother, as he should have. The interview continues: "We still don't know what Iraq is up to or whether it has the material to build nuclear weapons. I'm no warmonger, but the fact is, if we decide a strike against Iraq is necessary, it is madness not to carry the mission to its conclusion. When we don't, we have the worst of all worlds: Iraq remains a threat, and now has more incentive than ever to attack us." One thing that catches my attention, Trump said he is "no warmonger..." I thought he was pro destroying ISIS into the afterlife? I thought he was willing to nuke ISIS? If he's not a warmonger and he has changed his mind from Iraq is a threat to it was a mistake, what's to change his mind about ISIS? He pro destroying ISIS today, but in 12 months how do we know he won't change his mind?

Maybe this is why republican voters are turning to Cruz? In a new poll (if we must), Trump trails Cruz 56 to 40 percent. What does this mean? Republicans are saying they are becoming more conservatives. My fear is, with these left wing tactics being used on Cruz, by Trump, democrats will favor Trump over Cruz. In this case, Trump will win because of size, not substance. There are still 44 percent of republicans at this point in time, not including the democrats supporting Trump.

We know, from history, these types never win in a general election. Mitt Romney lost, John McCain lost, just to name recent history. I haven't even scratched the hypocrisy of Trump with this post. I only select a few and create questions based off of what I see and hear. This is an interesting time. It's not over yet but time is coming close. I don't want a deal maker, I want a constitution after this is all over with.
